"My Reiki session was a powerful and deeply healing experience. During the session, I could feel energy shifting and releasing things I had been holding onto for a long time. One of the most meaningful moments was when my grandmother came through with the message to “let it go.” For so long I had been putting so much pressure on myself and carrying constant overwhelm, and hearing that helped me realise how much I needed to stop piling so much onto my plate and finally release it. Nicole is so nurturing and truly holds a safe, supportive space. I felt completely comfortable to relax and receive the healing. During the session, I was also able to release some of my birthing trauma, which felt like a huge emotional weight lifted. In the few days afterwards, I did experience some heightened anxiety, but I also had a much clearer mind to work through those feelings. That clarity helped me process things in a healthier way, and after that I felt amazing for weeks, lighter, more grounded, and more aligned within myself. It was a beautiful, emotional, and restorative experience, and I’m so grateful. I’m really looking forward to going again."
